“Mom, what’s for breakfast (and lunch, and dinner)!?” Words that I hear on a daily basis, multiple times a day! But today he specifically requested egg salad sandwiches for lunch. So I took the opportunity to show him how to make them and we’re sharing our super-easy recipe with you!
